The label for this seasoned soybean paste says:
How to enjoy
• Enjoy as dipping sauce for fresh vegetables
• Great as condiment for Korean vegetable wraps called “Ssam” which is meat or rice wrapped in leafy vegetables
I’m sure there are many other things one could do with seasoned soybean paste.
I like to stir some into freshly made rice. I also like to add it to eggs, which I “scramble” rather lazily, I guess, in the microwave.
Sometimes I’ll just add the bean paste to the eggs and mix everything together with a spoon, fork or chopsticks. Doing that might leave a few lumps in the finsihed egg mixture, but that’s OK with me.
Other times, I might mix the bean paste with a few spoonfuls of yogurt, or some soft tofu before adding it to the eggs. That makes a more uniform dish. Either way, it’s quite tasty!
If I have leftover rice I might throw that in, too. It’s all good!

I love 삼겹살(pork belly) +상추(lettuce)+ 밥(rice)+쌈장 (the paste)!! The most perfect combination! lol
